Prawn Omelette

Ingredients:
  • 4 – eggs
  • 4 tbsp – milk
  • 125 g – small prawns
  • 1 tbsp – finely sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp – butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp – finely sliced spring onions
  • 1/4 tsp – monosodium glutamate
  • salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  •  Beat the eggs, milk, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper together.
  •  Heat the butter in a heavy frying pan, add prawns, onions and mushrooms. 
  •  Fry lightly for 5 mins.Pour the egg mixture over the simmering prawns.
  •  Cook for 3 mins, lifting edges to allow mixture to spread.Fold and serve immediately.
