Cheese and Veggie Sandwiches

Ingredients: 



  • 4  hoagie buns
  • 1/2 cup hummus (from 7-ounce container)
  • 4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices (1 ounce each) Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium cucumber, cut into 16 slices
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices
  • 4 thin slices red onion, if desired 
Preparation:
  •  Cut buns horizontally in half. Spread hummus over bottom of each bun.
  •   Fill buns with cheeses, cucumber, tomato and onion.
