Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
  •  10 cubes - cheese (grated)
  •   4 - small onions (finely chopped)
  •   2 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  •  20 - bread slices
  •   8 - green chillies (finely chopped)
  •   pepper powder
  •   salt to taste
  •   oil for deep frying
Preparation:
  •  In a bowl mix together cheese, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper and salt.
  •  Trim the sides of the bread.
  •  Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.   
  •  Before you start making the cheese balls, apply little water on each bread slice.
  •  Place a heaped tbsp of the cheese mixture in the center of the bread.
  •  Gather sides and shape it into a ball.
  •  Repeat with the remaining bread slices and cheese mixture.
  •  Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
  •  Serve with tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce.
