Ingredients:
- 10 cubes - cheese (grated)
- 4 - small onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 20 - bread slices
- 8 - green chillies (finely chopped)
- pepper powder
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
- In a bowl mix together cheese, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper and salt.
- Trim the sides of the bread.
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
- Before you start making the cheese balls, apply little water on each bread slice.
- Place a heaped tbsp of the cheese mixture in the center of the bread.
- Gather sides and shape it into a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices and cheese mixture.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce.
