How To Get Rid Of Ballon Tips In Windows:

Open Registry by going to START-RUN and enter REGEDIT and Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Then Set EnableBalloonTips=0x00000000
