Palak Cutlet

Ingredients:
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Potatoes cooked
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Chilies 2 minced
  • Cilantro
  • Bread crumbs
  • Olive oil.
Preparation:
  • Cook spinach briefly and mash the potatoes
  • Mix all the ingredients together and shape them in desired way.
  • Finally now  fry the cutlets in hot oil.
