On the fourth Sunday of each July—Parents’ Day—we recognize good parenting across the country.
Parents' Day was established by President Clinton in 1994. According to the Congressional resolution, Clinton created this day for the purpose of "recognizing, uplifting and supporting the role of parents in the rearing of children."
