Ingredients:
- 4 – eggs 
- 4 tbsp – milk 
- 125 g – small prawns
- 1 tbsp – finely sliced mushrooms 
- 1 tbsp – butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp – finely sliced spring onions
- 1/4 tsp – monosodium glutamate
- salt and- pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs, milk, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper together.
-  Heat the  butter in a heavy frying pan , add prawns, onions and mushrooms.
- Fry lightly for 5 mins.Pour the egg mixture over the simmering prawns.
- Cook for 3 mins, lifting edges to allow mixture to spread.Fold and serve immediately.
