Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 cup
- Potatoes cooked
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1 chopped 
- Chilies 2 minced
- Cilantro 
- Bread crumbs
- Olive oil.
Preparation:
- Cook spinach briefly and mash the potatoes
- Mix all the ingredients together and shape them in desired way.
- Finally now  fry the cutlets in hot oil.
