Wikileaks Server Bunker in Stockholm
I wondered to myself, "where Wikileaks keep all the data?" It would surely have to be pretty safe, and in a fairly "politically neutral" country. The servers are actually hosted by Stockholm based "Banhof ISP", a server lab located in a nuclear bomb shelter, situated 100ft under a rock mountain.

The goal to weight loss should be to reach an ideal weight and not merely for cosmetic reasons.
Below are tips to weight loss:
Make right food choices: When there is an imbalance between calories consumed and calories needed or burnt then it gives rise to weight gain. So it is important to make the right food choices and have right portions of it. If you have cholesterol related problems it is good to reduce intake of saturated fats. Intake of carbohydrates would need to be reduced and protein consumption should be increased. For a proper diet plan you should consult a dietician or a nutritionist to guide you better and make it sure that you get all essential daily requirements.
Have a regular workout regimen: Overweight people may find it tedious to start an exercise regimen and continuing with it, but it is imperative to do so. if you have not ever exercised start slow, a moderate pace of walking which you can gradually increase with time is ideal. Exercise is important for everyone be it overweight people or people with ideal body weight for overall fitness and a balanced mental wellbeing. Upon losing weight it all the more essential to continue with your exercise regimen to maintain the weight. Exercising will help keep various heart ailments, blood pressure problems and diabetes at bay. It is better to consult a qualified trainer for advice.
Have a positive and focused mindset: In order to lose weight high levels of motivation is a prior requirement. One can tend to give up easily as soon as one starts but a focused mind and having short term goals will help. Have a support group, be it friends or family who will keep on encouraging you to move ahead of your comfort zone. Be focused on the amount and frequency of exercise you plan to get but be realistic about setting standards.
Have small but frequent meals: Never skip any meals in order to lose weight as not only it leaves you feeling hungry during the next meal but also it makes your body go on a ‘starving’ phase where it reacts by storing fat. Have small nutritious meals at small intervals, it can be a fruit, fresh juice or low calories munchies. Do not skip breakfast ever.
Have plenty of water: Most of the times thirst can be confused with ‘real’ hunger which can make you overeat. Avoid this by hydrating yourself with plenty of water as it will help solve your bloating problem and keep you in good health.
Reduce stress: Stress can cause many people to react in different ways in order to deal with trying situations. Most people resort to binging in order to tide over some difficult times. You can reduce stress with the help of relaxation techniques like breathing methods and yoga or stretching exercises. Stress is the culprit for many problems and being overweight is also one of the issues.
Stay away from sugar and fat: Refined and processed sugar laden food items like colas and pastries should be done away with. Burgers and French fries are to be completely to be kept away from. Avoid deep fried food items.
Keep alcohol at bay: Alcohol contains a lot of calories and does no good for your good health, so keep it away if you do not want a beer belly.

Titanic Song Lyrics
Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on.
Far across the distance
and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.
Near, Far,
wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
and my heart will go on and on.
Love can touch us one time
and last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone.
Love was when I loved you,
one true time to hold on to
In my life we'll always go on.
Near, far,
wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
and my heart will go on and on.
You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay, forever this way
You are safe in my heart
and my heart will go on and on.
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on.
Far across the distance
and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.
Near, Far,
wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
and my heart will go on and on.
Love can touch us one time
and last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone.
Love was when I loved you,
one true time to hold on to
In my life we'll always go on.
Near, far,
wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
and my heart will go on and on.
You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay, forever this way

Hair care
Prologue
Before stepping into the shower, comb your hair lightly with a wide-toothed comb to untangle knots. This aligns the strands and prevents your getting out of the shower with a lot of knots. Begin at the ends and slowly work your way up. Never try to rip through tangles from top to bottom. You'll end up with a clump of hair on your comb that could have been avoided if only you'd had some patience.
Water
The temperature of the water you use while washing your hair should ideally not be warmer than room temperature. In fact, the best thing would be to use the lowest temperature you can bear. Too cold for you? Well, hair is not sensitive, so you could at least bend over and give the lower part of your hair a final rinse with cold water.
Why cold water?
Because cold water helps the hair scales lie down flat, making them stronger. On the other hand warm water opens the hair scales not only causing more frizz but also making the hair shaft weaker and more vulnerable. In addition, the scalp secretes certain oils that are good for the hair. These oils get dissolved in warm water, causing further dryness. Cold water does not dissolve the natural oils. So make the healthy hair choice and go in for cold water.
Shampooing your hair
Start washing your hair at the scalp, because that's where grease accumulates. Gently massage the shampoo into your hair with your fingertips. It is a good idea to dilute the shampoo in a little water in a mug and then massage it on your scalp. This way the shampoo is even gentler on the hair.
- While applying shampoo to your locks, leave them hanging down instead of piling them on top of your head as though you're posing for a shampoo commercial. Piling up your hair only leads to more tangles. Let it hang naturally so the lather works its way from the root to the ends.
- Try not to churn your hair too much. Work the shampoo gently so the strands don't get untangled and result in unbearable knots. If you have long hair, apply shampoo to your scalp, divide it into sections, and massage each section gently with the shampoo from roots to ends.
Go gentle while rinsing
- The best way to wash out shampoo is to keep combing it with your wide toothed comb while rinsing it out under the shower. This helps in the de-tangling process and also helps the shampoo to rinse out better. While you rinse your hair, do not rub it harshly. Hair is at its most fragile state when it's being rinsed. The correct way is to just simply let water run down your hair.
- Remember, it's best to rinse hair under running water. Dunking it in a tub is not so effective as residue may still remain. You have to make sure you've rinsed out all the shampoo. Once you are fairly certain it's all gone, stay under the flow of water for another half minute or so, to be doubly sure. Wrap your hair in a soft, absorbent towel and you're done!

Once you are fairly certain it's all gone, stay under the flow of water for another half minute or so, to be doubly sure. Wrap your hair in a soft, absorbent towel and you're done!
What Mysterious animal?
The chupacabra is Spanish word from chupar - to suck and cabra - goat. There is a lot of rumor about this creature which claimed to live in part of Americas because it likes hot air conditions. This animal was first reported in Puerto Rico, than in Mexico, and the United States. Chupacabras are said to kill livestock and tear them to pieces and are often portrayed as a cross between a dog and a wolf. Whatever this animal is or if it is an alien, we have to wait on DNA analysis to create a clear image of its origin.

How to choose a lipstick shade
How to test a lipstick shade?
Never use a test lipstick on your lips, doing this can be quite unhygienic. Many of us have a habit of testing lipstick shade on the back of our hand. Testing a lipstick shade on the back of the hand can deceive you and you might end up buying a shade that is not made for you. The best way to test your lipstick colour is testing it on your fingertips.
Test your lipstick shade in the bright light or a natural sunlight so that you will not be misguided by one shade for another. Once testing part is over you heads closer towards getting creamier lips.
Lipstick shade for fair skin
Pick up the lighter shades of pink and orange if you have combination of fair skin and light hair. You can also go for colours like peach and beige. If you have fair skin and dark hair then you should pick up shades of deep pink and caramel to complement the combination. Any lipstick shade will go with medium skin and hair tone but it is better to go for lighter shades to show up the richness of the skin.
Lipstick shade for dark skin
Plum or wine lipstick complements the dark skin perfectly. If you are blessed with an olive skin tone then you can experiment with reds and light browns. If you have dark skin tone then go for matte finish than frosted ones. Keep away from bright reds and pinks and colour your lips with medium and dull shades. Shades of blackberry, caramels and purples are meant for the dusky skin tone.
Tips for applying lipstick
Lipstick is an essential part of a woman's make-up kit. The right shade of lipstick will enhance the beauty of any face in a few minutes. If you fancy luscious lips then you can try out these tricks to have fuller lips that are absolutely kissable.
* Use lighter shades during daytime
* Go for darker shades if you are going to attend an evening party
* Shape your lips with a lip liner that is close to your lipstick shade
* Create a shade by blending more than one shades of lipsticks
* Apply foundation as a base and then apply lipstick
* Avoid lip liners and pencils, to make lips appear soft and natural
The lipstick colour that is meant for you will look great even if you do not wear any other make-up. A shade that looks great under in the tube or stick will not necessarily look great on your lips. Once you have the right lipstick shade, apply it on your lips. Get ready to mesmerise everyone around you.
